Can I use my physical in-store gift card online?
No, currently physical gift cards can only be redeemed in store. We do have online specific gift cards available via our website. Please note that all our gift cards will last you a life time, so you've got plenty of time to use it.

 

Can I convert my in-store gift card to an online gift card?
No, unfortunately once issued the gift cards cannot be converted for use on alternative platforms.

 

I've purchased an item in-store, can I return it during lockdown?
No, due to COVID-19 restrictions and government guidelines we can't accept returns for in store purchases. However, during our store closures our 30 day returns period is 'frozen' and will resume when it's safe for us to reopen again and as usual returns will be for exchanges or store credit.

 

Can you reserve items for when you reopen?
Due to the unpredictable length of time we will be closed, we can't reserve items.

 

Are you shipping to Europe?
Royal Mail has currently restricted all deliveries to Europe. At this moment in time, we are unable to ship to Europe.

 

I live locally, can I return items to your shop front?
At this moment in time, we can only accept returns via post. Please visit here for more information.

 

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, our Click & Collect service is still operational. Please note, this is only applicable from our Norwich stores.

 

When can I collect my Click & Collect?
Collections can only be made on Mon/Wed/Fri (excluding bank holidays) 10:15am-5:30pm . Please note all collections are to be made from Dogfish Norwich, 6 Bedford Street, NR21AR.

 

Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, please ensure they bring proof of order with them and a valid form of ID.
